My fiancé and I were looking to buy a house together right in the middle of the hottest time in the market. We’d fall in love with a house just to have it go under contract way over asking price. Cliff was incredibly patient with us and took us to countless showings. He was very knowledgeable on the intricacies of the houses we saw and helped steer us away from a few that just had ‘lipstick’ put on them to try to capitalize on the hot market. In the end we found our dream home that required quite a bit of negotiation. Cliff always advocated on our behalf and had good advice around the different situations that popped up. He also helped connect us to others who helped in every aspect of closing, from financing to home inspection. 10/10 would recommend.
